In the centre of Sölden and yet quietly
situated, the hotel Waldesrand *** has been a
popular hotel for summer and winter holidays
for more than 40 years. Relax and feel at home
in our friendly atmosphere!
There are several
comfortably furnished holiday apartments for
2–5 persons and guest rooms
available, so that we have space for up to 45 persons
at the
same time. All the rooms overlook the beautiful
mountain panorama around Sölden!
The cable car,
a restaurant visit, a shopping spree – all
within a comfortable distance even without using
a car. You can park directly in front of the hotel.
PURE RELAXATION
Allow yourself to be pampered! As our guest you
will be able to use the sauna and indoor
swimming pool in the Freizeit-Arena in Sölden – free
of charge, and just a few steps away from our
hotel.
As a special service we offer you from
Christmas to Easter a free ski-bus to and from
the valley station
of the "Giggijoch-Bahn". The bus travels
to the station twice each morning and returns twice
each afternoon from Sunday to Friday (no trips on
Saturdays).

buffet nothing stands in your way to enjoying

ÖTZTALER CYCLE MARATHON
starting
and ending in Sölden the
Ötztaler Radmarathon
to be held on the last weekend of August offers since
more than 20 years the sporting high point for
the best amateur cyclists in the world. The
classic, 238 km "Ötztaler Runde" passes through three
climate zones. More than 4,000 cycling enthusiasts from
15 countries have to master the unimaginable 5,500
height. Don't miss this great event!
